Gaia-X has 3 deliverables through the Gaia-X Digital Clearing House (GXDCH); Specifications -The specifications describe how Gaia-X works in terms of functional and technical requirements. Code – These specifications are then translated into source code by our community. Labels – In order to operationalise a federation of infrastructure services and build interoperable data spaces, the Gaia-X Association develops governance rules based on European values.

Gaia-X Digital Clearing House
The GXDCH is the necessary element to operationalise Gaia-X in the market. The Gaia-X Framework describes functional specifications, technical requirements, and SW assets necessary to be Gaia-X compliant. The GXDCH are a network of execution nodes for the compliance components that we have developed. This safeguards the distributed, decentralised ways of running the Gaia-X compliance, not operated centrally by the Association, and where anybody can benefit from the open, transparent, and secure federated digital ecosystem – thus making the Gaia-X mission a reality.
Gaia-X Academy
The Gaia-X Academy has been established to provide accessible education on the Gaia-X initiative, welcoming both members and non-members. Our courses cater to diverse expertise levels, offering foundational knowledge as well as in-depth technical insights.
The courses span from the basic understanding of Gaia-X to advanced levels, covering aspects such as the data economy, framework structure, and technical components. Participants will gain the ability to lead related initiatives and develop the necessary technical competence to support Gaia-X adoption. Additionally, the academy offers a detailed analysis of Gaia-X architecture, enabling participants to design compliant solutions and support business outcomes effectively.
