New Stream: Gaia-X Certificates – Business Advisor
We’re pleased to introduce a new learning stream: the Gaia-X Business Advisor Stream.
This stream which is a set of five training courses, two use case testimonials and one certificate, aims to bring you the required functional and business knowledge about what Gaia-X is to be able to interact with partners or suppliers and help them build their digital and data strategy aligned with the Gaia-X Compliance and Gaia-X concepts.
This stream could be useful for:
- Board members,
- Functional architects,
- Functional consultants,
- Business consultants or
- Sales teams for example
A Gaia-X Certificate, attesting your level and shareable on LinkedIn, is issued after the last step of the stream.
The Gaia-X Academy offers a variety of learning streams which are structured sets of training courses, tutorials, changelogs, and use cases, each designed to meet the needs of specific professional profiles.
Available streams on the Academy include the Functional Advisor, Functional Expert, Technical Advisor (open to members) and the Gaia-X Discovery stream (open to everyone, introducing Gaia-X’s vision, goals, and achievements). All the Streams except the Gaia-X Discovery stream include a certificate as recognised proof of knowledge that can be added directly to your LinkedIn profile.
Members enjoy full access to all Academy streams, while non-members can still gain temporary access to explore Gaia-X content and training.
New Course: An Introduction to the Economic Value of Sharing Data

Don’t forget, if your organisation is a Gaia-X member, you can extend access to the Gaia-X Academy to your partners, suppliers, or branch offices using your free member tokens!
Based on the membership level, all Gaia-X members will automatically receive a certain number of free tokens each year on their membership anniversaries. The assignation of a token to a user will automatically grant that person the access to a selected stream in the Gaia-X Academy.
That person will thus be able to directly dive into the courses. That way, your partners, suppliers and contacts who aren’t part of Gaia-X can now access exclusive courses on the Gaia-X Academy!
