To celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (11 February) and International Women’s Day (8 March), Gaia-X is once again launching its Women in Tech campaign under the theme From vision to impact: women who build Europe’s digital future.
The campaign highlights women from our community who are actively shaping Europe’s digital landscape through concrete initiatives, projects, and solutions, turning ambition into real-world impact.
We open the campaign with our colleague Daniela Mockler, Senior Members Manager at Gaia-X AISBL, whose work at the intersection of people, processes, and data helps transform strategic vision into operational impact. By strengthening collaboration across a diverse community, she contributes to the foundations that enable Europe’s trusted, interoperable digital future.
Short intro
As Senior Members Manager at Gaia-X AISBL, I work in member relations and operations, supporting members in their engagement and collaboration across the Gaia-X community. I enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and data, helping things run smoothly across the association. For me, the value of this work lies in creating clarity and momentum in a complex, collaborative environment.
How are you driving impact in Europe’s digital ecosystem this year?
My impact this year comes from further strengthening the operational backbone of member engagement. From onboarding and community touchpoints to coordination and process improvement, I focus on creating reliable ways of working that make collaboration easier and more effective at scale. Much of my work is about optimising workflows and insights that support member engagement, while also enabling effective collaboration. This work helps create the structure and continuity needed for long-term impact, and I’m looking forward to seeing how our members drive the next phase of Gaia-X and bring it into practice.
