Short intro
Dr. Ariane Assélé Kama holds a PhD in Medical Informatics and brings over 14 years of experience in Data and Digital Strategy, Leadership, Innovation, and Interoperability. With strong expertise in project management and large-scale IT transformation, she coordinates the Data Spaces Hub Luxembourg, facilitating collaboration and concrete initiatives around trusted and interoperable data sharing.
How are you driving impact in Europe’s digital ecosystem this year?
Last year, I took over the coordination of the Data Spaces Hub Luxembourg (formerly Gaia-X Hub Luxembourg). My priority was to reconnect with the community, understand stakeholders’ needs and challenges, and structure a set of activities to address them. This year, our activities focus on reviewing the fundamentals of digital ecosystems — raising awareness, identifying gaps, and creating opportunities for public and private actors to work together. The goal is to progressively turn these discussions into concrete data spaces initiatives.
As Hub Coordinator, I connect stakeholders, foster collaboration, and support organisations in applying European data-sharing frameworks in a practical way. With my background in medical informatics and IT governance, I pay particular attention to interoperability, governance, and aligning strategy with technical implementation. I believe that impact means creating the conditions for trusted data exchange and helping move from discussion to coordinated action.
